Ralph Jones- b. abt 1623 at England; m. 17 April 1650 Mary Fuller at Plymouth, Plymouth, MA; d. 1692 at Barnstable, Barnstable, MA, aged 69 years.

       Ralph was listed as able to bear arms in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA in 1643. He later removed to Barnstable, Barnstable, MA in 1654. He settled at Scorton. The house stood on the main land within a few feet of the boundary of Sandwich, Barnstable, MA. He was a farmer.
     In 1657 he was fined for not regularly attending meeting. He later became a member of the Quaker Society in Sandwich, MA. He took the oath of fidelity in 1657.  In June 1657 Ralph Jones and Edward Dillingham arrested for having Friend's meeting. Jones fined and Dillingham admonished,
     Ralph Jones will dated 11th of 3rd month (May) 1691 and proved 20 April 1692, he "being aged". In it he asked to be buried at the "Quaker Buring Place" in Sandwich and left money to the Quakers, Mentioned wife (unnamed) his father Fuller, sons Shubael, Jedediah, Ralph, Samuel, Mathew, John and Ephraim, the last not yet 21 and daughters: Mercy, Mary and Hittable son Shubael, executor.

      Matthew owned  Mr. Nathaniel Bacon's Great Lot at Cotuit. On 16 October 1690, he exchanged this land for 30 acres on the west of John Dunham's land near Santuit. Matthew had a wife before Mercy but the name is unknown. He married at age 18 and remarried Mercy at the age of 22 years.
